I have to admit that I don’t juice very often anymore, but when I do I remember just how much I love it. I have a really great Breville Juicer that I bought about 10 years ago and it’s the best one I have every used. It’s easy to assemble, clean and use and it does an amazing job, even with some of the tougher juicing items like kale. I find myself craving fresh juice when I feel a cold coming on or I have a bunch of fruits and veggies that I need to use fast, but when I do I usually make something along the lines of there recipes. Now remember these are all just suggestions, you don’t need to follow them just use whatever you like or what you have on hand. Juicing is a really nice way to start you morning with your breakfast, it gives you a boost of vitamins and minerals and can help cleanse and detox your system. This is a good time of year to get into juicing with all the beautiful produce around, you can also use your juice for soup bases if you like, juice your tomatoes, peppers and onions and use it instead of stock.

Wash all your fruits, vegetables and herbs. Process them in your juicer and drink immediately over ice, you can store the juice in your fridge but make sure you shake it well before you drink it and it might have some slight discoloration the longer it sits.
